Hey, when you run, you stretch, warm up, stretch, jog, slow run...etc. What do you folks do when you swim to warm up? or do you? or just slow swim to warm up?? Not that I'm proficient enough yet to worry bout it, but I thought about it when I was stretching to run this morning. Thanks, Mark

It is a good warmup but most coaches say swim 200 or 300 for a warmup. I have also seen coaches who don't even allow for a warmup. 2 of them in particular, one in Qualicum Beach the other in Tsawassen.
