Hey, when you run, you stretch, warm up, stretch, jog, slow run...etc.
What do you folks do when you swim to warm up? or do you? or just slow swim to warm up?? Not that I'm proficient enough yet to worry bout it, but I thought about it when I was stretching to run this morning.

That is above standard for most coaches.
What does this mean? The distance is above standard? Or the coach's effort in designing the warmup is above standard? Or something else?
