warm ups??

Hey, when you run, you stretch, warm up, stretch, jog, slow run...etc. What do you folks do when you swim to warm up? or do you? or just slow swim to warm up?? Not that I'm proficient enough yet to worry bout it, but I thought about it when I was stretching to run this morning. Thanks, Mark

    I suppose I must be very odd then. I will stretch first -slow, long until muscles are elongated then jump in the water and start to swim a warm up. The only part of my body that I will not stretch is the shoulders since I have a history of subluction. I need them tight.
