Hey, when you run, you stretch, warm up, stretch, jog, slow run...etc.
What do you folks do when you swim to warm up? or do you? or just slow swim to warm up?? Not that I'm proficient enough yet to worry bout it, but I thought about it when I was stretching to run this morning.
Thanks,
Mark

As I understand it the general rule is that you do not want to do any serious stretching until your muscles are properly warmed up, otherwise your injury risk becomes higher. So I reckon starting off slow is a good approach (which is what I always do).
In the past year or two there have been several threads on the topic of stretching that had some really good posts in them, so you might want to try the archives. Try keywords like stretch and yoga.
