Hey, when you run, you stretch, warm up, stretch, jog, slow run...etc.
What do you folks do when you swim to warm up? or do you? or just slow swim to warm up?? Not that I'm proficient enough yet to worry bout it, but I thought about it when I was stretching to run this morning.

I usually swim 300-500 yards to warmup, more if I need it. I do a variety of strokes, and I sometimes include a few laps of just pulling or just kicking. If you can't swim well enough to do laps as a warmup, you may want to try walking/jogging in the pool to warm up.
