warm ups??

Hey, when you run, you stretch, warm up, stretch, jog, slow run...etc. What do you folks do when you swim to warm up? or do you? or just slow swim to warm up?? Not that I'm proficient enough yet to worry bout it, but I thought about it when I was stretching to run this morning. Thanks, Mark

    I used to ignore a warmp up but have recently found it to be quite neccessary. I usually swim at least 400 yards before doing anything on the pace clock. I can feel when the time is right...my breathing gets balanced and my muscles have a different feeling to them.
