So now you are saying that 9 days after the DEADLINE people can still enter the meet?!? That is so ridiculous!! That deadline has been posted since last year. If you can't get an entry in on time - you don't deserve to enter!! And why wait until the last minute? That on-line entry system was up in plenty of time.
