PS: sorry if I said something wrong. English is not my native language. I was just looking for information on the world's and so I came on this forum, and saw these posts. I won't bother you all anymore.
It sounded like the on-line entry process did not get posted as soon as it was published, but closing date of the entries was always June 3. That was published last year sometime. Some people felt since the entry process was late in opening, that they should have extended the closing, that was what the discussion was about.
