I would like to be able to record my workouts, especially during the summer months when I will be training mostly on my own. I want to be able to share the workouts with my Masters Coach from time to time. I also just want to track my progress in terms of improving intervals, increasing distance, etc.
I am not an Open Water Swimmer (not sure if it matters).
Can anyone suggest software or online services (free or low cost) that I can use?
I downloaded the demo of Swim Shark but I didn't come across a feature that allowed for input of workouts and workout times. I like alot of the other features, though.
