Does anyone have suggestions or kowledge on recovering from smoking?
I quit smoking a few weeks ago after 31/2 year of the junk! Is it possible to heal my lungs?
If not, how far back to normal can I get?
If my lungs can somewhat heal, how long will this take?

I really do not know how long will it take for your lungs to recover and if they really will recover 100% as I have never smoke in my life. My brother did smoke a lot for 10 year but one day he just decided to quit and he did, this was maybe also 10 years ago, now he says he feels great.
No matter how long will your lungs take to recover, it will be better for them not having nicotine anymore than still having, and also it will be great for the non-smokers around you.
