Ok,
Here is a question. I was wondering about how to compare shooting your age in golf (a feat regardless of how old you are). After seeing Paul Smith swim a 47.++ in the 100 free as a 45 year old, is swimming your age in the 100 free a similar comparison?
Swimming Your Age:
Two summers ago, I was the only person at an ocean swim in Emerald Isle, NC to swim the two miles in my age in minutes: 59
Sure there are a lot more out there that could better that, but I was pleased with my first open water swim in about 20 years.
And besides, that gave me something to take home (if just a memory) as they gave no age group awards!
