Here is a question. I was wondering about how to compare shooting your age in golf (a feat regardless of how old you are). After seeing Paul Smith swim a 47.++ in the 100 free as a 45 year old, is swimming your age in the 100 free a similar comparison?

While my mother may find this an interesting challenge, she will need to drop another 10 seconds or so; my 19 year old son is going to find it a bit tough to get from 45 to 19 in the 100.
