Wow, noodling. I was doing some xmas shopping on line at Keifer earlier today. There is actually a video for sale on noodler fitness. How to get the most out of your noodle or something to that effect.
Well, I was a competitor until a few days ago; now I am a Clydesdale and proud of it since I will need to be a Clydesdale for my marathon swim. Going for the finish only and the escort boat made it clear we need to do this during daylight hours (oops!). A 30K swim coming up for this pony.
Do you think I need to shave down though? Lots of hair/fur on us.

Where is slow show? Maybe he's chatting with Ion on the USA Swimming forum. Or maybe he went to the raceclub.net forum with the real pros. I'm personally quite happy to be a USMS amateur.
It's a "slow show" right now because Terry and Geochuck have apparently left us. I personally hope not; I don't want to be the only "crusader" here. I'm going to have to go mull over SPL vs. SR, I guess. Or go back to work to support my family and kids who will live with me until they're 30.
I don't think Terry's chatting with Ion though. There's a bad thread with his name on it at that site -- Frank told us. It makes us look like angels. Why is there no angel smilie? And why do the smilies sometimes disappear when you want to use one?
Free choice, I think it is all are welcome, the good the bad and the ugly even those who cannot spell.

You have not been exactly an angel lately. But I guess your new avatar means you're trying. I took your suggestion (?) and changed mine. See how agreeable I am? I did like my Mermaid, it may be back, but I don't particularly like the "Little Mermaid."

I need to shave for practice. I have "rug burns" (caused by stubble) on my shoulders from tucking my head on my breaststroke streamline...
On the upside my crawl was feeling groovy, I think I was over rolling previously...but that may have been a good way to adopt a natural feeling roll.
