But I guess that what US Masters really wants. A touchy feely environmnet for everyone! No one should be to good just average we would'nt want to make anyone feel less than!

That is one of the things I love about master's swimming, people do try to make everyone feel good, regardless of seasoned veteran or a newcomer to the sport.
