I'll keep 1/4 of my sport drink free to add coffee as I enter the Y for AM workouts - It is actually is good.
2 scoops of Endurax4(sp?), 1 scoop of Chocolate Whey Protein fill 2/3 to 3/4 with water - mix - get to Y and top off with coffee and there you have it! FrankenShake mm mmm Good!
