Reported on Swim Info.com he is the lead donor for a 10 million dollar new swim complex at UCLA to be completeed in 2008. I want to salute Tod for his commitment to swimming hopefully its the beginning of bringing back the men's program. As many of you know Tod is a member of the Masters Hall of Fame and a world record holder. He supports many swim causes and is currently very involved with getting things straightened out at the International Hall of Fame.
