Backstroke Workouts?

I would be very grateful if someone pointed me to good backstroke workouts that have been posted on the forum. I tried the search engine but the only good backstroke workouts I found were Lia's.

    The L to L drill is very good for hip and shoulder rotation, What you do is lay on your back in the water and u have to get on your side in stream line, with one arm in the air and one in stream line in front of you, this would form a L, you would prob. need some 1 to show you if you dont know what it is, start off doin 25's till u can do it correctly
