Here's what I love about smooth swim. You get to see great swimmers in action and they're showing everything from streamlining to propulsion. I went to Washington D.C. watching one of their great videos. If you get kids to see it, film them, and then let them watch great swimmers doing it, they begin to put two and two together. Super idea and indeed different than TI but with the TI streamlining tied in, best of both worlds. Coach T.
