- I am a triathlete - but can't run/bike hard right now. So I would like to concentrate on swimming.

Boring, how can you be bored when concentrating on your swimming style. When I trained for the marathon swims, 1hr, 2 hrs, 3 hrs, I thought of stroke, pace, and how to make money for my family of 6 kids. It would have been terrible if I became bored everytime I got in the water. Think about the feet they are not to be straight out they should flex in when you kick down and be straight in the up kick. I raced ten years as a marathon swimmer it was never boring and 25 years before that and found it to be very exciting never boring.
