Tapering question.

Okay, a week out from my major meet of the year, 6 races spread over half a day, nothing longer than 200m. A very solid buildup with unfortunately the past 10 days out of the water because of a flu bug. I'm back in the water tomorrow but how should I approach the next 6 days? I average around 4000m sessions but now need to sharpen up. I'd really appreciate any suggestions on what I should do from here on in. I'm especially refering to how much time/distance I should swim, what sets and how much effort. Thanks in advance.
