As yet another suit bottom bites the dust, I am renewing the search for a 1 pc "competiton or training" style suit (woman's) that will fit a long torso. In the regular speedos and nikes, a 38 barely is long enough but in width I need a 32-34. The only long torso suits around here are fitness style with low leg openings and "soft cups". So anyone have any experince with which suits might run long instead of wide? For now I will continue to amuse everyone with a set of mismathced 2 pc suit parts.

Suits for women come in "longs" as well. It will look like 32L, 34L, etc. I will buy longs so nothing will "spill out" --that I have control over...

Okay craig how would a man's suit help? I could wear it in the ocean but I don't think they are going to let me in the pool topless. Or do you mean to pair up with my 2pc - the bottom?
I did pick up a dolfin ocean uglies suit today, it was on the clearance rack someone there said they had a lot of those on clearance as they run long. I was a little worried because its polyester so won't stretch. It worked fine for a 4,000yd spin in the pool but I'll need a few more sessions to "endorse" it. THey didn't have any other dolfin suits so I don't know if this is true of the brand in general or just these suits. Its something I'd like to know for my next suit order...

I'm sorry, I thought you wer talking about a bodysuit like a Fastskin II. I think thatit is amazing that they don't seem to fit long-bodied people very well. Sorry for the confusion.
