This is kind of embarassing.
I swim every other day. I notice that on the day after my noon swimming I don't feel comfortable and fart a lot in the following afternoon. While I feel fine on the other day when I don't swim.
My coworker and I share a very small office. You can guess things get quite funny.
I don't know what causes this, anyone has any idea?

I have started my training and have intoduced a little more Fartlek training. Do you think this could make me get that uncomfortable feeling???
