Please critique my swimming. Any and all comments are welcome, on any aspect of the strokes. In these clips, I am swimming at about 80% effort. If you can suggest any drills or other ways to fix my strokes, please let me know.

Re; breaststroke.1) Your timing is relatively good. 2)Most people tend to pull too far back, you are the opposite. Try pulling back a little further before you begin your insweep. 3)You are kicking out, making two distinct motions which slows you down. The kick starts with the feet outside the legs so there should be a sweeping motion, but the feeling should be of kicking back and it should be one motion. And4),what has been harder for me to correct personally, you are lifting your head when you breathe. Your head should remain in the neutral psition. Raise your whole chest as you breathe as a natural part of the undulation caused by bending your knees in the kick recovery. This motion causes your lower body to go down in the water so your upper body naturally rises. Also pulling back further will give you a stronger insweep which will help your upper body rise.
Minor comments:
Backstroke, right arm bending a bit and overreaching, I think. Not rolling enough. The 6 kicks on each side drill should help with that.
Breaststroke: WHIP the feet together harder and take advantage of your glide. Pull harder too.
Freestyle: I count 17 strokes...that is pretty good...is this a 25yd pool?
Overall you look good! :)
Back:
Your arms look too slow for your kick. This is possibly due to lack of upper body strength.Your under water arm motion is not correct. The arm should enter the water then the shoulders rotate and then the elbow drops to allow you to push back and down past your body. This is where the main thrust comes from in back.Your arms are too straight and sweeping.Watch a good swimmer under water.Do 2L/2R arm drills to focus on the action once you learn it.Do freestyle with paddles to build upper body strength. Then progress to paddles in back but only once you have the stroke corrected.
Fly:Not too bad .You just lack upper body strength and core strength/flexibility.Do 25m Fly kick sets on your back.Focus on entire body motion. Not just the kick.Add zoomers when you get stronger to build more strength and flexibilty. The Free with paddles will help the upper body.
Free.Get your elbows up.Swimming is about getting on top of the water and going forward.Elbows therefore up ,shoulders rotate and push the entire arm/shoulder forward.Your catch is late and a little robotic rather than general feel for the water.Catch early and have more push/strength in the back half of the stroke.I suggest 100m sets with small FLAT paddles.Use a 2 beat kick and focus on arms.As the stroke improves then try mixing 2 and 4 beat kicks into your Free.
NB: Most people are not as good as you are on all strokes. To get even better then do 25% overall on each stroke at training. Most people don't do this.:)
Thanks for the comments so far!
Swimsb: You are correct, it is a 25 yard pool.
Dobbie: I know I tend to get my speed from being graceful rather than powerful. Would doing 25 sprints all-out help with this?
globuggie your front crawl
After looking at your stroke a little more closely.
You are dropping the both elbows during the pull phase this means you are not getting maximum forward movement.
You are not rolling enough, your elbows are not high enough.
Your first breath was fine it seem that you were breathing a little too forward on the rest of your breaths which makes your body position too low in the water.
You are however swimming very well.
How fast is your 25 and 50?
17 strokes for 25 yards means for 25 m you are doing 18 or 19 strokes.
Geo: I don't know my times for 25's. I have never had someone else time them, so my estimates would probably be 2-3 seconds off. My best 50 yd times by stroke are
Fly 38 sec
Back 37 sec
*** 44 sec
Free 32 sec
