what would be your dream pool?
here is some of my requirements:
The bottom of every other lane would be mirrored to watch technique/nudity.
There would be music. There would be enough speakers around the pool/ underwater as to hear music well. The music would be EQ'd for under water i.e. max treble. and bass that shakes the water
At night the pool lights could be different colors...

How about a different approach - leave it to the universities to build super fast world caliber coliseum pools, and I can finally/probably afford to travel to one in the same time zone, but most of my time is spent training, so:
The best pool would be two blocks away.
The best pool would be fully equipped with the best coaches and a training schedule that fits my familial and professional schedules.
The best pool would have daylight and a view of some sort, even for 5 second rest intervals.
The best pool would not feel like you're swimming in a chemical stew, before-during-after.
The best pool would have great training partners in front, behind and beside you.
At some point, it wouldn't matter how deep or fast beyond reasonable limits, as long as the waves aren't surf-able, and the temp is on the cooler side.
