Hi and sorry to be getting late to this. I believe that there are several options for you. If you are staying at the North or West Shores there are two choices. One is the pool in Truckee at their high school. They use to have a Master's practice, but definitely have lap swimming. Also Incline Village has an in-door pool and lap swimming. There are also a couple of outdoor pools in a couple of the developments; one in Truckee and one at Northstar just outside of Truckee. You would have to call them to see if they have workouts or lap swimming in the winter.
There is also a community pool at South Lake Tahoe, but not sure if there is a Master's team there.
