i am looking for a workout to build some muscle.
i'm lean enough and would like to gain some muscle
size. anyone know any good swim workout for this?
i don't want to lift weights and i don't have tons of time
for a looong swim either. so if you know of any workout
i'd appreciate hearing from you. thanks

I understand, but he is not going to add much muscle (if any) just swimming. MrDave, I recommend you reconsider weightraining. It won't take much more time and you might enjoy it.
