i am looking for a workout to build some muscle.
i'm lean enough and would like to gain some muscle
size. anyone know any good swim workout for this?
i don't want to lift weights and i don't have tons of time
for a looong swim either. so if you know of any workout
i'd appreciate hearing from you. thanks

Weight training would help you add size better than any swimming routine... so why not put 30 minutes 3x a week into a proper compound movement weightlifting routine?
