i am looking for a workout to build some muscle.
i'm lean enough and would like to gain some muscle
size. anyone know any good swim workout for this?
i don't want to lift weights and i don't have tons of time
for a looong swim either. so if you know of any workout
i'd appreciate hearing from you. thanks

Atrophy/Hypertrophy.
Good points JazzHands. I think that swimmers tend not to develop large muscles partly because their bodies are never given a chance to grow back, and grow larger, the damaged tissue.
