Could anyone tell me where/how to hold the board of "ZURA Sidekick".
Any tips using it? What should I pay my attention while I am using it?
Thank you.

In short, it is a kickboard. The design allows a swimmer to kick on their side, with the bottom arm extended, top arm at their side. From the photos/videos, it allows swimmers to do variations on one arm drills, flip turns, better streamlined kicking underwater. Least that is what Glenn's video shows.
