Swimming Blog Rotation?

Perhaps there would be interest in a rotating blog--a different swimmer each week posting his or her workouts. This would provide some insight into what various individuals are doing across the country (or around the world for that matter).

    Kari: I am so glad you are getting a MRI, I'm hopeful after that you will be refered to a neurosurgeon. I had a friend with a similar C7 injury and after surgery he's doing great. My work out yesterday LCM warm up 200 free, 2 x 50 kick build 200 IM drill, 2 x 50 free build 100 kick, 2 x 50 back build 4 x 150 on 2:10 4 x 50 back on :50 (odd cruise, even strong) 3 x 150 on 2:05 4 x 50 back on :50 (odd cruise, even strong) 2 x 150 on 2:00 4 x 50 back on :50 (odd cruise, even strong) 1 x 150 on 1:55 (lunged yet came in 1:56+) 200 kick (25 easy, 25 fast) 6 x 50 on :55 (odd 2 breaths, even 1 breath) 100 easy (3500 meters)
