Between the chlorine and the hard water at the Y, my hair is looking dry and yucky. My stylist recommended a deep conditioner product, but it is not for daily use. I wear a cap when I swim and I use shampoo & conditioner for dry hair and it is not solving the problem.
Has anyone cured the swimmers' hair problem? Going bald and shaving my head are NOT options. :)
Any recommendations?

Hi,
Aveda has a product called hair detoxifier...I have used it since I was little....seems to help a bit. I alternate that with a regular shampoo.
