Hi I am writing an article for Swimmer Magazineabout the benefits of water exercise for competitive swimmers and cross-training for athletes, and would like to interview swimmers or triatheletes who use water exercise as part of their training. I am also an avid masters swimmer. I can be reached by email at ahw12@columbia.edu I look forward to hearing from you, Amy

It's really quite a spectacle. Having recently started yoga I am a more peaceful person and less inclined to be baited by the ramblings of Dr. Jekyl. Peace to the noodlers, aqua joggers and aerobiflabbies. May their hair stay dry and their flotation devices buoyant.
