How do you stop suit burn? You know that patch of skin that gets rubbed raw just beneath your armpit....Ow! Does vaseline or lotion before swimming stop it from rubbing? All thoughts and ideas welcomed! Thanx!!

Vaseline was a must before practices during my college days, it did the trick for me then. Some of my current teammates use Body Glide to prevent the "suit hickey" on the neck.
Body Glide is great stuff. I found that it was very effective.
