I am looking for goggles w/ nose bridge and straps in pieces of rubber band

I have seen someone wears swimming goggles with kind of universal nose bridge and straps. The interesting thing is both the nose bridge AND straps are like a piece of rubber band. Would you please tell me what brand it is? (I have searched over the Internet, and all I got is goggles from TYR as in www.swim2000.com/product.php , however, the straps there is NOT a piece of rubber band as nose bridge is) And if there is any advantage or disadvantage in wearing this kind of goggles?
