Weigths rutines to start the season

Hello people: After two weeks out of the water, tomorrow I will start my season doing weights for some days before getting back in the water, I know I can improve my times getting a little bit stronger, my goal are the Worlds in August, so can anyone give me an advise or a web page where I can find the kind of weights rutine I should be doing and for how long before swimming again?. My couch is very young and I do not feel she knows better that I do.:( Alex
