Holiday Traditional sets???

The one thing that puts me in a grouchy mode over the holidays is the annual tradition in Utah to do 100 x 100 on New Year's Eve Day. After doing this set 4 times in college I just can't bring myself to doing this set again, no matter how excited all the other swimmers are about completing this set. We have a few swimmers here that have been doing this for more than a decade. I would love to hear of other tradition sets and what people enjoy and dislike about them.... I may be a tile counter "distance swimmer" when I race, but this is one set I have counting tiles during.

Today two of us swam an Australian heart rate set--20x100s on 2:00, beginning at 20 below max HR, progressing to 10 below, then reaching max HR (and fastest repeats) at the end. Great set. May have to make it a New Year's Eve tradition.
