I think a really good distance swimmer could make that set and "only" be able to swim about a 4:50 or so.
By the way, I noticed Dennis Baker threw down a 4:42 in the 500 at a USA meet over weekend (Washington Open). Not bad for a 44 year old! He also won the 200 fly with a 1:51:eek:
