It is me you are talking to........ try to remember who is really the "Evil" one.
Without trying to offend too many of the Gary Hall worshippers on this site, the 50 free is basically a controlled accident and has more to do with ego, power and stroke technique than aerobic training....... I thought the discussion was about repeat hundreds..... something I have had increased difficulty doing the last 4-5 years. I can't tell if it's the Denver altitude, the grim reaper or my naturally positive outlook on life that has slowly forced me to sit on the walls more and more and not recover in a set .
