A couple of weeks ago I read a thread where a poster had a link for drills in all four strokes.
It was a very good link.
It mentioned the chin for breastroke and fly. I scanned this article as I don't have a lot of time to post and read. I tried the chin idea and it worked very well.
Would that poster please repost it.
I am not able to locate it using the search part of USMS. I am not a techy, but would very much like to read it again.
