I should be able to figure this out for myself. I went to buy some stretch cords, seeking a more lasting replacement for my therabands (which turn into gooey bits of rubber in 3-6 months). I find all these kits and options. I htink i'll end up with a few basic kits as I like to vary resistence for different exercises. Still I wonder-what set-up does everyone else use?
I don't know a whole lot about what the options are, or even what brand we are using at our pool, so I don't know what help this is going to be, but we have these cords that are like a bungee with a rubber sleeve.
they attach to the block at the end of the land and a belt is tied around the waist. the chord can slide around on the belt so you can put it in the front or back for varying strokes.
It's a lot of fun coming back, but tough trying to make it to the other end..
