As I was warming down the other night it occured to me that our workout was all freestyle that night and I wanted to do some other strokes before I got out of the water which lead me to this question...
Do most or all of you warmdown with freestyle only? or do you mix up strokes for your warmdown?
I'm a free/flyer. I love to do just a little bit of fly in the warmdown. Just a slow paced, elongated, stretching fly. It helps me to relax some of the different muscles used and I always imagine holding that feeling together for a 100/200 race.
