I saw the 100 *** that Peter VDK did and it was against your school Michigan State. He was in a real battle and lost at the finish to Ian Clutten of MSU. However he won the 50 free in :20.75 in a close race with Chris DeJong at :20.90. MSU only other win came with Rudy Wagemuar out touching Matt Patton by .07 in the 100 Back.
The meet was kind of a utility meet for the seniors captains Peter VDK, Chris DeJong, and Davis Tarwater because they all swam there off events. Chris DeJong did a :49 in the 100 Fly. Michigan will lose these swimmers next year but have a great recruiting class coming in as replacements.
