Wow, I am gearing up for a 200 Free and have been pushing myself pretty hard since I made the decision (2 days ago). Anyhow, today I swam my butt off again and my LH tricep and lat are sore like nobodies business. I expected the lats but the tri I was not prepared for and have never heard of. Anybody else experience tricep soreness after a grueling workout?

Sounds like my scenario. I worked myself to a point where a warmdown seemed like too much so I swam an easy 50 and climbed out. Now I know. Thanks.
