Does anyone have recommendations as to some of the swim training software that's out there? I'm looking for a software that would be good for using with a small swim team and for my own personal tracking. I currently use a spreadsheet in Excel but have seen some of the ads in magazines on software that's out there which might be helpful. I would appreciate anyone's insight if you've used them and what you think? Thank you!
My coach just started me on the Super Sports System (www.3scoach.com). She's working on how she can design workouts for the more serious competitive swimmers and adapt them for the rest of the team.
