Say you have set up a target time to be achieved and the rest time in an interval training set WITHOUT fins and (or) paddles.
I was wondering how do you recalculate the target time and rest time for a set WITH fins and (or) paddles. Or roughly how many percent should be less than the swimmers with fins and (or)paddles.

I'd think it would vary so much from person to person that you really can't put a number on it. How about just try to take about the same amount of rest between each rep as you would without the paddles or fins?
