Laurie Kilmartin's analysis of the 4 strokes is very interesting indeed....but for some reason after reading her analysis I have even more desire to swim butterfly than before.....A chance to reak havoc on all the breastrokers at practice!....create disharmony where there was once harmony with turbulent waves for the breastrokers to choke on!....and yes the recovery allows me to hog every inch of space in my lane....what more could anyone ask for anyway!
