Well, the Y opened up again today. I did 1000 yards in the pool. 300 freestyle, 100 butterfly and the rest breastroke. It was great. Before that, I lifted weights. I followed a guide in "Men's Health" magazine.
It felt great! I can't wait to go swim again tomorrow. I am fatigued, but it is well worth it. And my local Y is starting an adult race club, which I am thinking of joining.
