Hi guys,
I'm just curious to know what others are drinking during and after practice. Do you stick with plain old water, or do you use Cytomax, Ultima, etc? Do you drink it at every practice during the season?
I've heard great things about Accelerade and Endurox. Are they everything they're cracked up to be?

Powdered Gatorade is the more economical approach- I mix 16 oz before workout and will have another 16 oz after.
Morning- A bowl of cereal with one banana same drink scenario
Evenings carbo loading like fishgrrl mentioned - plus a good rum and coke has plenty of sugar ;)
