Hi guys,
I'm just curious to know what others are drinking during and after practice. Do you stick with plain old water, or do you use Cytomax, Ultima, etc? Do you drink it at every practice during the season?
I've heard great things about Accelerade and Endurox. Are they everything they're cracked up to be?

Also...
When I swim in the morning I have to have a piece of toast with peanutbutter. If I don't, I bonk. I've tried cereal or yogurt - no go. Has to be peanutbutter.
If you can get up a little early and eat something with carbs and protein it might help.
