Okay, I am doing pretty well at 500 yards - I am not winded or out of breath at the end of the workout.
My pool is closed for the next week and a half for cleaning (the whole YMCA shuts down).
When I go back, I was thinking about doing two 750 yard swims 6 days a week. How does this sound for fat burning and toning?
Good idea or not?

Right now, it is taking me 20 minutes to do 500 yards. Maybe, I should do 1250 once a day? Does that sound better? That should last me over an hour and get my heartrate up.
